Today, he laid bare, buried beneath the earth as he sojourned eternally in the bosom of the Lord. Alhaji Sunmonu Ademola Owolabi is gone but his traces of sacrifice live on permanent references. He has saved many pregnant women, accident victims, anemic patients, and those who needed blood to stay alive. He lived and died gushing with the infectious pour of sacrifices
A native of Igbehin, Abeokuta South Local Government Area of Ogun State, was born on September 4th, 1953. He is survived by his loving wife, children, and grandchildren. Throughout his life, he exemplified dedication, discipline, and a strong sense of service to his country and community.
Mr. Owolabi had a distinguished career in the Federal Ministries, serving in various capacities in the Ministries of Agriculture, Information, Education, and Head of Service.
